[i'll teach you to be happy! i'll teach your grandmother to suck eggs!]

So, I'm more happy than happy could be today, because the amazing, hilarious, wonderful people at the Chicagoist took my post on bikingand put it up on the site! I am sort of auditioning to be a contributor, so this is a good sign. It's probably the most exciting thing to happen to me since Spring Break '97, meaning one of the best things ever. Cross your fingers for me!

Aside from that, I've been contemplating the idea that there must be some point when a semi-crazy person just lets go and makes the jump to being fully crazy. I mean, there must be a moment, I think, that they just go for it. I was thinking this today because the other night at my friends house I interrupted a totally normal conversation across a huge circle of people to say, "Oh, yeah, J-Man? He's a superhero, he goes back in time and touches people's buttholes."

See what I mean? There's gotta be a moment, and I think I'm fast approaching it.
